From 1944 and the 6th war loan this poster shows three factory workers, one of which is a woman, working an an aircraft engine. From the looks of the aircraft in the background these planes are B-17s. The second World War bought about great changes in America's work force, women eagerly took the place of men in the factories and performed their jobs as well as the men they replaced.
